
Premier Sotheby’s International Real estate has promoted three longtime executives– calling Abigail Tezniarz as primary monetary officer and elevating Melissa Morehouse and Frank Russell to associate vice president functions.
Tezniarz, who joined the brokerage in 2004, has held a series of senior finance positions including assistant controller, controller and vice president of financing.
As chief monetary officer, she supervises accounting, budgeting, cash management, danger management and long-range financial preparation throughout the firm’s operations in Florida and North Carolina.

Morehouse, who was promoted to associate vice president of marketing operations, handles marketing production, marketing technology efforts and website operations to support the business’s local footprint.
She joined the brokerage in 2006 and most recently served as senior director of marketing operations.
Russell was called associate vice president of imaginative services and leads brand name and design execution throughout the company’s marketing platform.
He signed up with the firm in 2014 and brings more than 25 years of experience in editorial and business style, including previous art instructions roles with The Denver Post, Naples Daily News and Gulfshore Life Magazine.
