Image: Stephane Cardinale/Corbis/Getty Images Gracie Abrams is gathering penthouses. Simply a year after the 26-year-old singer purchased a three-bedroom on the leading flooring of One Fifth Avenue, she picked up a surrounding home. Per the Real Deal, Abrams purchased penthouse 18EF for $4.5 million. (Her other penthouse, 18GK, cost her $5.5 million, making this entire thing really J.J. Abrams’s child of her.)

Both penthouses are on the top of the historic Art Deco co-op that was once a hotel and haven for artists. While it appears like Abrams might have strategies to integrate systems, penthouse 18EF was currently a combination job– two smaller apartment or condos developed into a huge one-bedroom with two terraces. (Compared to Abrams’s first penthouse, which retained some mid-century charm with its parquet floors, this system is an ultramodern white box.) If Abrams does in fact integrate her two penthouses, as one assumes she might, she might have a total of five bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 5 balconies.

Abrams had likewise gotten another system in the structure 2 floorings down, which she bought for $1.95 million from artist John Sennhauser in November. But because there was no way for her to combine that location with anything on the top flooring, we’re going to have to presume it’s a house to house guests. Or some kind of fun perk apartment that the rich often keep due to the fact that why not? We’re happy for Gracie Abrams.
