Orlando Blossom has actually noted his longtime Malibu bachelor pad for$US12 million( $A18.5 million )after his split from pop star Katy Perry in 2015.
The Lord of the Rings actor is offering the four-bedroom house because he hasn’t lived there for a number of years and has actually moved further north in California, Realtor reports.
Home records show Blossom bought the home with his then-wife, Aussie supermodel Miranda Kerr, in 2011 for about $US2.5 million ($A3.8 million).
The Hollywood star said in an interview the 1970s home was his main house for more than a decade.
He completed a substantial renovation on the residential or commercial property. Flower stated the works cost more than twice what he originally spent for the house.

The home lies in a gated neighborhood and functions interiors by artist Roy McMakin.
The home has a “Japanese feel” and is filled with strong colours, including sea-foam green kitchen area cabinets and Mexican tiles.
It also features a garage where Bloom kept his collection of bikes.

While Flower and Perry were together, an entity tied to the couple closed on a home in Montecito in 2024.
