After the musical became a sensation, she won an Emmy for performing in the movie variation, handled leading functions in other Broadway productions like Into the Woods and Camelot, and played a nurse in Ryan Murphy’s Doctor Odyssey. There are even distressed-looking columns. There is the one bed room and, as the listing reveals, a 2nd that could be created out of what is now a huge windowed walk-in closet. It is among two big storage areas in the apartment. There’s likewise a sizable foyer and a restroom with a standing shower and a built-in heat light, albeit one with a rather older restoration, although everything appears to be in good condition. (The 1906 structure, the former home of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, was transformed to a co-op in 1980.) City records reveal that the couple paid $1.725 million for the apartment or condo in 2022. There are no deeds listed yet for a brand-new purchase under their name.

The elevator building has a part-time doorman, a health club, and washers and dryers on every floor. (In-unit washers and dryers can likewise be added with board approval.) Levi says that units in the structure have a range of designs, many of them funky and distinct– townhouse-style units; duplexes; huge, original-style lofts; lofts that have been carved into multi-bedroom apartment or condos. There’s presently another unit for sale in the structure: a two-bedroom triplex, likewise asking $1.899 million, on the garden-through-second floors.
