At the centre, an open staircase twists around a circular yard, descending to the pool level listed below. This lower level accommodates three pools, a health club, and an open cafeteria linked to a big, naturally ventilated multifunctional deck.
The structure employs in your area sourced laterite stone for its walls, rooting the structure materially and aesthetically within its seaside context. Every internal area receives natural light, and almost 70% of the constructed locations are naturally ventilated and non-air-conditioned. The roofing system structure consists of a metal framework completed with shingles.

Integrated seamlessly with the existing surface, the community centre is perceived as a series of interconnected volumes of varying scales, linked by landscaped open areas that motivate social interaction and versatile use.
