Gary Scalise has signed up with CBRE as handling director and market leader for Pittsburgh.
In this function, Scalise will be responsible for daily operations for all Pittsburgh Advisory Service lines of business, consisting of leasing, sales, evaluations and debt and structured finance across all residential or commercial property types. Scalise’s hire follows the transition of Mamadou Baldé, who led CBRE’s Pittsburgh market from 2022 before presuming management of the company’s Greater Philadelphia market in September 2025.

Scalise brings more than 25 years of business development, customer relations and office management experience to CBRE. Most recently, he served as handling director at Ernst & Young.
