

JLL Capital Markets has completed the $31.5-million sale of The Shops at Parkway Plaza, a grocery-anchored retail center totaling 122,484 square feet in El Cajon. JLL represented the personal seller in the sale of the home. The buyer was a Texas-based family workplace.
The Shops at Parkway Plaza is located at 149 Fletcher Pkwy, nearby to Parkway Plaza Mall, a regional shopping location in East County San Diego. The residential or commercial property uses an investment-grade nationwide tenant lineup, including Finest Buy, HomeGoods, Aldi, Texas Roadhouse and Applebee’s.
JLL Capital Markets’ Financial Investment Sales and Advisory team representing the seller was led by handling director Daniel Tyner and senior managing directors Geoff Tranchina and Gleb Lvovich.
“Grocery-anchored community retail continues to perform exceptionally well and require strong activity throughout numerous financier profiles,” stated Tyner. “Parkway Plaza offered investors an excellent chance to acquire a well-performing day-to-day requirements center with NOI development capacity.”
