Jack Resnick & Sons secured 119,000 square feet of new office and retail leases at 250 Hudson St., bringing occupancy at the Hudson Square workplace tower to 99%. 4 of the six brand-new deals incorporate complete workplace floorings, each amounting to roughly 27,780 square feet: marketing firm Croud International, production company Pro Media, building and construction allowing firm Greenlite and Galareana Holdings.
In Addition, MBH Architects moved from 50 Hudson St. and signed a six-year lease for 5,529 square feet. On the retail front, luxury health studio Body Observability will open its first place at 250 Hudson St. in a 2,314-square-foot retail space under a five-year lease
“These brand-new occupants represent a large range of markets and show the broad appeal both of this building and Hudson Square,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons. “Given that the 1960s, we have actually seen this community go from a printing and publishing district to a home for the City’s leading TAMI occupants, and today it remains a premier location for New york city City’s prominent development markets.”
