Constructed on a double axel trailer, the Kathi small house steps 27 feet long, 8.4 inches broad, and 13 feet high. Despite its compact footprint, the small home consists of modern-day facilities to accommodate a couple full-time. The natural exterior of the compact residence is outfitted with spruce lap siding, and the natural knots in the wood include a sensory tactile richness.
