The Primus is a nine-level, climate-responsive office complex in Jaipur, India, composed of a series of capsule-shaped modules stacked vertically to produce a breathable and ecologically conscious work area. Found nearby to Jaipur Airport, the job was subject to a stringent height limitation of 30 metres. To fulfill the customer’s requirements, the building accommodates 8 offices on each floor, with system sizes varying from 60 sqm to 125 sqm. The structural design offers complete flexibility, allowing specific workplaces to be combined into bigger work areas if needed.
