Landlords in Manchester will be able to
gain access to grants of up to ₤ 30,000 to enhance EPC rankings. Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham claims he wishes to support responsible proprietors and offer rewards to enhance EPC requirements through his Great Property Manager Charter.
Released in April last year, the initiative is a cornerstone of Mayor Andy Burnham’s quote to ensure every resident has access to a safe, safe, cost effective, and healthy home by 2038.

Under the propositions, fans of The Good Proprietor Charter will be able to gain access to grants of as much as ₤ 30,000 through the Warm Houses: Regional Grant, to improve the energy effectiveness of their home and install low-carbon heating unit.

Support PRS property owners
Just property managers who are signed up to the Excellent Proprietor Charter will have the ability to access the grants.
