Pictures: Chantal Arnts Le Pristine, South East Asia Le Pristine Singapore is nestled within the Grand Hyatt Singapore, occupying the mezzanine level of the primary entrance where the renowned mezza9 once stood. This improvement carried considerable creative obligation. Mezza9 was a cherished organization in Singapore, renowned for its groundbreaking idea: an open-plan restaurant featuring nine unique open kitchens. From its beginning, this ingenious style captivated diners, quickly becoming a treasured space for locals, filled with shared memories and commemorated moments. Including an unique layer to this project, Nao Taniyama, our principal designer, was part of the initial design group for mezza9 throughout his time with Superpotato. With this deep connection and an intimate understanding of the task’s original vision, Nao was distinctively placed to lead its improvement. His capability to bridge the tradition of mezza9 with a forward-thinking technique made him the best option for this enthusiastic renovation.< img src ="https://www.e-architect.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/le-pristine-singapore-south-east-asia-restaurant-n180326-c-520x263.webp"alt="Le Pristine Singapore South East Asia interior restaurant design"width="520"height="263"/ > In honoring this legacy, our style method took a vibrant and contrasting direction. At the heart of
Le Pristine lies a grand open kitchen area, working as the centerpiece of the dining establishment. This open kitchen serves as the restaurant’s main axis, discreetly dividing the space into 2 distinct zones while providing a theatrical view of the chefs in action, similar to big windows framing a vibrant cooking efficiency.< img src="https://www.e-architect.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/le-pristine-restaurant-singapore-south-east-asia-architecture-n180326-c-267x400.webp"alt="Le Pristine Restaurant Singapore South East Asia architecture"width=" 267"height="400 "/ > Surrounding this centerpiece, different zones are attentively set up in a domestic design, cultivating an intimate and inviting ambiance. This blend of openness and intimacy encourages guests to engage with the culinary procedure, enhancing their experience.
