Howard Hanna NYC just recently acquired Manhattan-based Elegran Real Estate.
Most recently, Gavzie invested about a years leading tactical development and operations for Douglas Elliman New Development’s leasing department in New York and South Florida. Before that, he served as senior managing director at Corcoran and handling director at Town Residential.
Across his profession, Gavzie has actually managed more than 10,000 deals– structure relationships with property managers, developers and top-producing representatives, leaders said.
“My biggest takeaway from the previous 25 years in real estate is that favorable culture and agility are the ultimate differentiators,” said Gavzie. “Leading agents desire management that is present, decisive and execution-driven. Howard Hanna NYC is the only firm that has real agent-first culture and institutional-level stability without the governmental friction of a publicly traded firm. I am thrilled to sign up with the firm that represents the future of brokerage in New York City.”
Gavzie will be entrusted with helping representatives gain access to marketing, technology and referral resources from the broader Howard Hanna platform while customizing growth strategies to regional for-sale and rental market dynamics.
